Dr Sarah Parker grew up in Hobart, where she attended the University of Tasmania, graduating with First Class Honours in Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 2006. She became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Practitioners in 2011 and was awarded the Monty Kent Hughes Memorial Award for the Highest Score in Australia in her clinical component of the General Practice exams.
Dr Parker has worked in a variety of practices, including metropolitan and rural clinics, but has now settled with her family in Stirling and looks forward to working in the Hills long-term.
Dr Parker is passionate about Medical Education and currently holds a board position with SAPMEA after previously working in Lead Medical Educator roles at GPEx and ModMed.
Dr Parker has a special interest in women's health, particularly in supporting women through the stages of perimenopause and menopause. With years of experience and a compassionate approach, Dr Parker is committed to empowering women with the knowledge, care, and resources they need to navigate these transformative phases of life. She combines up-to-date medical expertise with a deep understanding of the unique challenges women face, providing tailored care that prioritises well-being, symptom relief, and holistic health. Her goal is to help women feel informed, supported, and confident at every step of their journey.
